GPOA is the property owners association for 1808 homes in 14 subdivisions in the Greenbrier area of Chesapeake, VA. The neighborhoods are:Ashley Woods, Ashley Woods South, Bayberry Forest, Bayberry Place, Bayberry Woods, Cypress Place, Birches Apartments, Heather Point, Logan's Mill, Mill Quarter, River Birch Run, Turtle Rock, White Oak Crossing and Woodgate Commons.
Upcoming Events
ARC meetings are held on the first and third Monday of each month at the GPOA office at 6:30pm
Upcoming meetings: December 19, January 2, January 16, February 6, February 20, March 5, March 19
Remember your ARC application needs to be submitted to the office on or before the Friday prior to the meeting. Please call the office with any questions.
